Joakim Gunby is an Oslo-based actor, educated in London. He began his career at the age of twelve as the voice of 'Elias' in "Elias the Little Rescue Boat" (Redningsskøyta Elias). He has since voiced hundreds of characters in Norwegian for TV, film, radio, audiobooks, games and commercials.

After graduating from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2017, he wrote and produced his own one man show, "Why Even Bother". The show was performed 27 times at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and has since been performed in London and Oslo.

Joakim is a versatile actor with many years of experience on stage, in front of a camera and as a voiceover artist.
